My Story

Abbey Fabian is a Strategic Technology Teaming and Transitions Lead for Raytheon, an RTX business, and President of the WID Greater Boston Chapter, an NDIA affiliate. Abbey is a dynamic leader with a passion for innovation, both as an innovator herself and as a matchmaker for other innovators.  Abbey is passionate about empowering students and professionals in the community through volunteering for non-profit organizations. She frequently hosts and speaks at high impact events in her field. Abbey holds a B.S. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and returns to her alma mater several times throughout the year to speak with aspiring engineers in professional development workshops and panels. In addition to her professional work, Abbey enjoys yoga, traveling and reading.
