My Story

Abbey Fabian is a Senior Engineer for RTX and Vice President of the WID Greater Boston Chapter, an NDIA affiliate. Abbey is a dynamic engineer with a passion for innovation, both as an innovator herself and as a matchmaker for other innovators.  Abbey is passionate about empowering students and professionals in the community through volunteering for non-profit organizations. She frequently hosts and speaks at high impact events in her field, and most recently spoke on a panel at the NDIA Leadership Conference in Washington, D.C.. Abbey holds a B.S. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and returns to her alma mater several times throughout the year to speak with aspiring engineers in Senior Design lectures and professional development workshops and panels. In addition to her professional work, Abbey enjoys pickleball, yoga, traveling and reading.
